Join us each Tuesday for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session designed for all levels. Each one-hour session will focus on mindful movement, breathwork and creating space to unwind.
Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, you’ll find a welcoming, unhurried environment that invites you to reset and recharge.

- Weekly, on Tuesdays
- $15 per class (pay online or in person)
- All experience levels welcome

Hi, I’m Ally! I started my teaching journey in Atlanta in 2019 with a love for sharing restorative yoga because I knew this gentle and approachable practice was so incredible for the nervous system. This love expanded quickly into teaching power vinyasa. I saw how adding strength and power to the practice was equally beneficial to the nervous system in other ways! My personal practice is kundalini yoga, which is all about creative endurance. My classes are a blend of all of these aspects: dynamic, mindful and challenging enough to remind you of your own inner strength. I hope to see you on your mat so you can experience your own power!
