Upon booking a reservation, a one-night deposit is required. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. If you have further questions, please contact Guest Services at info@thegroveatwhitescreek.com.
Contact us 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a cancellation penalty. A cancellation within 72 hours of arrival date will incur a penalty of the first night’s room plus tax.
Check-in can begin at 4 p.m. Central. Check-out is by 11 a.m. Central.
If you require an early check-in, you may reserve your room the evening prior to guarantee availability.

Your room will be equipped with a beverage station, WiFi and Roku, enabling you to log into your personal streaming accounts.
Our property is next to the Whites Creek Greenway, perfect for walking, running, hiking or biking. Traveling without a bike? No problem! We have bikes for borrowing. We also recommend relaxing on our expansive porch with a book or enjoying a peaceful respite in front of our firepit.
Yes, rollaway beds and cribs are available for $25.
Yes, we actually love dogs!
We do have a non-refundable fee for pets: $75 for the first pet and $25 for the second pet. This applies to all pets other than Service Animals.
The Grove at Whites Creek follows the American Disabilities Act definition of service animals. Companions, support and therapy animals are not recognized as service animals according to the ADA and will be subject to all fees and policies associated with non-service animals.
All dogs must be leashed while on the property. Our porches, meadows and other public areas are open to pets. Dogs are not permitted in non-pet friendly accommodations.
Not all overnight accommodations are pet friendly. We offer two pet-friendly suites: The Sycamore and Magnolia suites.
Dogs must be kenneled when left unattended in the room.
You must be 21 years of age to reserve a room.
For the comfort of all of our guests, we are a smoke-free property. This includes guest rooms, public spaces, porches, etc. A $200 cleaning fee will be applied for violations.
Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by negligence or misconduct and will be charged for costs to repair the property to its original condition.
We currently offer snacks for purchase in the Main House. We are happy to provide our recommendations for our favorite restaurants in the area as well!
